"STEE-2" MSW SLURRY TANK

ENERGY EFFICIENCY SYSTEM #2

MSW Consulting Inc. has developed the MSW Slurry Tank Energy Efficiency (“STEE-2”) System #2, a proprietary system designed specifically for ethanol plants “long on water” to better integrate energy usage across the plant to reduce natural gas demand.  Plants will observe a net reduction in natural gas usage of 8.3 MMBTU/hr (HHV) from superior thermal integration of the STEE-2 System, by reallocating 6,000 lbs/hr of boiler derived steam and cascading that energy directly to the Slurry Tank.   The STEE-2 System is extremely non-invasive, requiring only a few tie-ins into existing lines.  Robust, reliable, and cost effective, the STEE-2 System will improve your Plant’s thermal efficiency.

The MSW Slurry Tank Energy Efficiency (“STEE-2”) System #2 is designed to improve the efficiency of Plants long on water.  For plants not long on water, consider the MSW Slurry Tank Energy Efficiency (“STEE-1”) System #1.  A 100 MGPY Dry Grind Corn Ethanol Plant could reduce their natural gas usage by 3.2 – 4.4 MMBTU/hr!
